N.Y.A (Now You Arrive) is dedicated to expanding horizons for youth in underserved communities across Los Angeles, breaking down the geographic, social, and psychological barriers that prevent many young people from exploring beyond their immediate neighborhoods. Our comprehensive programs provide transportation, safety, education, and life skills to youth who have never experienced areas just miles from their homes, opening doors to new possibilities and broader perspectives.

Our mission is to systematically dismantle the barriers that prevent youth in underserved Los Angeles communities from exploring beyond their immediate neighborhoods, opening doors to
expanded horizons, educational opportunities, and life possibilities.
Our Vision
Our programs are built around four interconnected pillars that address the holistic needs of youth participants: Safety, which ensures that all exploration occurs in secure, supervised contexts; Education, which integrates academic concepts with real-world experiences; Opportunity, which creates access to places, people, and experiences previously inaccessible; and Community, which builds connections across geographic and social boundaries.
